Psychotherapy and Counselling in the heart of Bristol
Life can at times face us with challenges that we may struggle to resolve on our own
Psychotherapy offers you the opportunity to explore your thoughts and feelings, to bring about a positive change and get back on a front foot again.
Psychotherapy is a collaborative process where we will engage in dialogue to better understand the causes of the difficulties that are being experienced.
A Safe and Confidential Space

I work with individuals and couples offering regular weekly sessions on an open-ended basis or for an agreed time period, with the aim of enabling you to enhance your life and to live it more fully.
I am experienced in working with clients facing a variety of issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, work related problems, relationship issues, addiction and bereavement.

Couple Counselling and Therapy
Fulfilment in our close personal relationships is a basic human need. Partners at times experience relational difficulties which can cause distress and affect their well-being. Children can also be profoundly affected by the strain manifesting in a couple’s love life. To see how couple therapy can help click here.
Considering therapy for the first time may feel like a big decision to make. During our initial meeting we will be able to explore your needs and can clarify any questions or anxieties you may have around therapy.
